This house in Hales Corner was in great need of a new roof. Their existing cedar shake roof had become old and began to fail. In addtion to tiles curling and falling off, the homeowners were also experiencing pest issues. Through a section of roofing that was compromised, squirrels and raccoons had found their way into the attic. Rather than keep the cedar roof, the owners decided to upgrade to a GAF Premium Camelot asphalt roof in the Aged Oak color. The front porch roof was also updated with copper standing seam and gutters to match.
