BCI Exteriors did excellent work on our house which got a new roof with a 2 layer tear off, plus nine additional soffit vents.

All of our work was completed in about a one week time span by about eight different workers. The old roof removal and new roof installation was done by a 5 person crew over 2.5 days.

Our new roof works well and it looks great.
We also plan to use BCI Exteriors for some work on our gutters in the near future.

BCI (and my main contact Taylor) were great to work with. I’ve done extensive remodeling on my home and have always had challenges. Short of a couple small communication issues, this experience was pretty flawless and we are very happy with the end product so far. BCI’s pricing was very competitive and numerous neighbors commented to me about their quick work and quality appearance. We had our entire roof and all gutters, downspouts, etc, replaced. I would highly recommend them. On-site crew was also very nice and did their best to minimize the mess left (impossible to eliminate mess from a re-roofing job).

Great team all around at BCI, extremely satisfied with our new roof! Sales was informational and experienced. Polite and friendly install crew. But project manager Kevin is where they really exceeded expectations with awesome customer service. He made the project come together by offering up his expertise and the right products for the various parts of our home! He made sure to look at the insulation and soffits in the vaulted ceiling area of our home when they tore off the old roof and had a ventilation solution for areas where we had none. Going above and beyond when we had new insulation put in by a different company (we didn’t know that BCI does insulation as well) a year after the roof was done. The insulation contractor was deflecting issues and blaming the roofing work. Kevin visited again and personally went into the attic to look and determine the cause of the issue. Even went up on the roof in the middle of winter too look at our vents. You want a roofing job done right and people who really care, I can fully recommend BCI.

Went with BCI to have my roof and gutters replaced. They were not the cheapest (about 10% higher than some other bids), but that’s not what I was looking for. The quality of the work done and materials used were excellent and crew were on time. The foreman and office were always responsive. Roof and gutters look great. Crew cleaned up after themselves every day, and I only found one nail and that was under the dumpster which they took the time to warn me about. Some minor landscaping damage which was resolved to our satisfaction and they came back to fix a few things that I noticed after the job was completed. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.
